Semiconductor Device Simulation of Low-Frequency Noise Under Periodic Large-Signal Conditions (Text Abstract)

We have implemented diffusion noise simulation into FLOODS, a semiconductor device simulation software written here at the University of Florida. Periodic steady-state harmonic balance and cyclostationary noise simulation for diffusion and generation-recombination noise has been implemented. Some of my current research interests are

  • Noise Characterization and Simulation
  • Noise Modulation in Large Signal Circuits
  • Harmonic Balance Noise Simulation of Semiconductor Devices
  • Amplitude and Phase Noise Measurement

Master's Thesis:

The Modulation of Low Frequency Flicker Noise in Bipolar Junction Transistors by a Large Signal Carrier
